Do I need a VPS or Shared Hosting (1,2,3, Nut)
Most websites will run ok on a shared server. Our own website runs on our shared platform perfectly fine. Generally people turn to a VPS when they start to get so much traffic that they pass the 5% CPU usage limit on shared hosting or if their old host has informed them that they are exceeding the shared resources. If you're not sure if you need shared hosting or VPS then the odds are it is a shared platform that you require.
Do VPS come with the same features as shared hosting?
No, a VPS comes without most of the features shared hosting does as default. We strongly suggest purchasing either Plesk or cPanel if you are new to VPS.
